Senior Accountant – Sage Intacct Expert
📍 On-site in Fort Collins | ⏳ Part-Time (20-30 hours a week)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily transaction processing, month-end close activities, and provide key support to our Accounting Manager and Controller — all while working hands-on in Sage Intacct.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can jump right in with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Own the daily accounting process in Sage Intacct, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Lead month-end close tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Maintain compliance with GAAP and keep documentation audit-ready.

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

• Collaborate with leadership on ad hoc reporting and financial analysis.

• Operate as a self-directed accounting expert, delivering results without needing heavy oversight.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven track record as a Senior Accountant, Audit Senior, or Accounting Manager.

• Hands-on Sage Intacct experience — non-negotiable.

• Strong technical accounting skills with sharp attention to detail.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in an on-site, full-time environment.
